Very nice ambience. Ate delicious pizza which was really huge. Always happy. Made the mistake and ordered a starter. Bruschetta was only 2 pieces, as asked, but unfortunately not 2 pieces of baguette slices as expected but 2 halves of a baguette roll ..... 😉

The company, the food and the ambience at L'Osteria is sensational. I like to be here with friends, eat pizza (Verdure is my favorite) and drink a glass of wine with it. Really nice to get together relaxed ❤️

Very nice service, especially the boss is very nice and courteous, great food, price-performance ratio, always happy! Outside wasps and flies are everywhere at certain times of the year.

The idea with big pizza sheets and scissors is just a bomb, in other establishments of this network, I did not notice this. The order was made quickly and efficiently. The food is as always on top! I was a little embarrassed by the interior, I am not against strange things or something like that, but it seemed to me that it was time to update something ..

Delicious. Big pizza is really big too. Bruscetta was crisp and fresh. Great taste. Prices are a little higher but are justified

Ordered pizza without onions, still with onions. Only seen two at first. When asked, it was only said that they had accidentally fallen on it. Ok, took the two down, but found more and more. Then let the pizza go back a second time. Not very nice. Then got a new pizza. Outside you sit right in the parking lot, which I personally don't find that great either. The rest was fine. Friendly and helpful.

The prices seemed a bit high at first, but the price performance was good because the sizes of the pizzas we ordered were very large. The pizza was delicious. The waitresses were nice and helpful. All in all very good and the best Italian in Gifhorn. I can only recommend it!

Delicious food, huge pizzas, nice and courteous service. You can sit well, outside areas facing the pedestrian zone and "at the back".

As the previous speakers have already mentioned. Sat outside on August 17th around 6pm and were ignored for 20 minutes! Except for the many wasps around us, everything at the other tables was full of them. Then got up and left! I would like to give 0 stars, a disgrace for the catering industry!

awful place , where you come to the table with dirty tables , waiters are slow, quality is poor, and waiting time is sooo long.

Very nice restaurant with very nice waitress and great service. I liked the food very much.

A delicious salad with prawns and the tarte flambée first ... :-))) The service was very attentive. Covid19 is ubiquitous. Despite the circumstances that caused this situation, it was a very nice evening. We'd love to come back :-)

The food was very tasty. Unfortunately, however, the big waiter with the black hair accidentally knocked over my drink while bringing food (which can of course happen). But what doesn't work, he didn't bring me a new drink after that, let alone offered it. Something like that is not possible. I still had to pay it in full. Let's see if L'Osteria is still moving there.

After waiting 20 minutes at the table and making eye contact with the waitresses, no one thought it necessary to bring us the menu or order drinks. Too much work could not have been a reason for this, since the restaurant was relatively empty. The pizza there is big, but it doesn't taste good. I know this from previous visits there. All in all, absolutely not to be recommended!

Unfortunately, there is no trace of service here. We left after 20 minutes because we were not served, although only a few tables were occupied. Unfortunately, the previous experiences with L'Osteria weren't exactly better. Sometimes the food is cold, you wait an hour for the food to come or the waitress gives the wrong change.

The staff was not very friendly, but not particularly unfriendly either. The pizza was not bad, but it did not impress. What was all the more astonishing was the incredible price of 6 euros for a Coke 0.5! I am still unsure whether that was the real price of the Coke or whether the waitress wanted to do a little more for herself ... All in all not a really bad address, but there are definitely more worthwhile alternatives!

Well presented with a simple menu. Fresh pastas, pizzas and "Block House Steaks" (that's a thing now). Pizza was fresh and flavourful but overcooked, somehow they'd run out of pizza knives. Undermanned but friendly and apologetic staff.

Appears medium expensive at first glace but really isn't. Massive pizza, huge salad plus 2 pints hardly 25 Euros. Well worth it.

We spontaneously decided to eat here. even though it was after nine, the service was quick and very friendly. The food came in 15 minutes, homemade bread as an aperitif. We could easily take the leftovers of the generous portion with us. Card payment was also possible. Again and again.

Food was nice, but waitress was not very pleasant at all.

Food is absolutely great, but the service has a bit to learn.

Good Italian food and drinks

Great place, good personal & service, good beer, took a big mixed starter plate and it was really big and really good, followed it up with a gigantic Pizza Mare hot from the Owen, really tasty. Enjoyed it all with Schneider Weisse a superb Wheat Beer, strongly recommend this place.

It is by far the best pizza place I have ever been to in Germany. Flavour is closest to the authentic Italian. My friends said the pasta was cooked perfectly too. There was some long wait to get or first beer but beyond that everything was smooth.
